Title: The lab

The team is now back in Brussels. The lab work has now begun; both classical microscope and scanning electron microscope are used in the Palaeontology laboratories of the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences.

A Rhabdodon jaw (Rhabdodon was a small ornithopode dinosaur, and a close relative to our national Iguanodon from Bernissart).

A molar tooth of Kogaionon , a small mammal, under the scanning electron microscope.
Kogaionon belonged to the multituberculates, a group of mammals situated somewhere in the evolution between monotremes and marsupials.
