Poster format
The maximum size of posters complies with a standard vertical A0 (i.e.
'portrait') format, implying a maximum height of 118 cm and a maximum width of 84 cm. Hence note that the poster panels will not allow for landscape formats wider than 84 cm. Click here for more info on posters, abstracts and oral presentations.

Important Anouncements
The congress busses for the delegates in Tourist hotel, hotel Keyserlei and hotel Agora, will leave every week day from the bus stop in Quellinstraat at 08:20
Delegates arriving by car at the Icebreaker may want to know that at the Koningin Astridplein, just in front of the Icebreaker site (Zoo of Antwerpen) there is a (payable) underground parking (Parking Q).
Delegates who will pay (parts of) their congress and/or campus accommodation fees in CASH at the congress are kindly asked to try to pay exact amounts.
Please bring the different brochures (or the relevant parts of them) that we have been sending around and that you can download from the website, with you, for we will not normally distribute hardcopies of them at the congress.
