Abstracts
Abstracts will not be included in the conference volume unless they are submitted electronically using this word document (opens in a new window, 25 KB) by 31 Mai 2007 and following the format instructions indicated below.
No abstracts will be accepted after 31 Mai 2007.
Abstracts will not be included in the abstract volume unless they are accompanied by a completed and paid registration form.

The final advertised acceptance date has been set as late as possible and will be strictly adhered to.
All conference rooms will have standard PowerPoint, photographic slide, and overhead facilities.
Authors must indicate in their submission the mode of presentation: either oral or poster and indicate if they need special audio/visual equipment, although we cannot guarantee availability. All presentations must be in English.
Format instructions:
Page setup: A4 portrait with 2.5cm margins on all sides
Font: Times New Roman and 11pt, single spaced.
Title of paper: centred and bold.
Authors' names and full mailing addresses: centred.
Authors in bold (include full list): First author1; second author2; third author3 (Presenting author underlined)
1. First author affiliation, including full mailing address + email address.
2. Second (and in this case third also) Author affiliation including full mailing address + email address
etc...
For each author full mailing address(es) + email address(es).
Abstract text: 11 pt Times New Roman with right justification and a maximum of 300 words. A single blank line should separate paragraphs. New paragraphs with NO indent.
NO references should be cited in the abstract.

Presentation of papers and posters
Oral presentations:
Oral presentations will be 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion. Plenary papers will be 35 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion. Only computers we supply will be used in the sessions. There are no MAC facilities or provisions. Please indicate on the abstract submission form if you require any special audio-visual equipment.
Poster format instructions:
The maximum size of posters complies with a standard vertical A0 (i.e. 'portrait') format, implying a maximum height of 118 cm and a maximum width of 84 cm.
Hence note that the poster panels will not allow for landscape formats wider than 84 cm.
