Is there a way to modify the IG number of all the collection objects in this map at once?

There is no way of changing single attribute in a batch process. Implementing such feature sounds too difficult to implement for now, will see if we have time left after we covered all defined use cases.
We are in the process of trying to have collection objects acquire some attributes from their parent folder (collection), but this doesn't look like trivial to set up.
