Mammals are particularly diverse and successful. They come in all sizes and shapes. And they have their home in the most diverse habitats all over the world.
Let your eyes travel over this extraordinary diversity, on display in the Mammal Hall. It shows a panoramic view on recent and extinct mammals, whether famous or not so famous.
Many of the exhibited animals show what methods taxidermists used to prepare them. Some of these were mounted more than a century ago.
