We're celebrating World Ocean Day at the Museum on Sunday 7th of June 2015.
Free entry to the permanent exhibitions* and free activities for everyone:
- Follow a live autopsy of a stranded porpoise (11 a.m.) and seal (3 p.m.), also available in live streaming
- Gather information on oceanographic research
- Skype with our research vessel RV Belgica in the Atlantic ocean
- Eat, drink and learn about the ocean in our cafeteria
- Watch dancers and garbage artists at work
- Take a guided tour around our ocean treasures
- Participate in ocean workshops
- Watch a movie
