The Museum organises a variety of non-residential camps and workshops during the holidays.
Celebrate your birthday with your friends in our Dinosaur Gallery and have a day to remember! During the activity you'll go through the fantastic world of the dinosaurs and follow the trail of the iguanodons to the diplodocus, the tyrannosaurus and other dinosaurs. The only way to get to your destination is to join your friends in fun hands-on tasks. Travel back in time! After the workshop, you can continue your birthday celebrations in the Dino Café (contact them on 02 640 21 60)
Available in English, Dutch and French
€ 150 per 15 children + 2 parents (admission and workshop)
Are you crazy about fossils, dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures? Then come along to our paleoLAB! There are 3 sessions per day at 13:30, 14:30 and 15:30.
In this unique discovery space in the Dinosaur Gallery you will take on the role of a palaeontologist, then that of a geologist and anthropologist. You’ll get a chance to touch, try, explore and puzzle over real fossils. You can take part in digs, discover fossils or rebuild a skeleton. You can also put together a life-size stegosaurus, make a fossil print or follow dinosaur footprints. There's much more: you can examine and classify minerals, wear a prehistoric outfit or just quietly read an interesting book about dinosaurs.
A great activity for the whole family!
Available in English, French and Dutch.
Museum admission + € 3 per person.
The number of places per session is limited!

The visit’s route includes a lot of stairs and narrow passages and so unfortunately is unsuitable for visitors with reduced mobility.
