On June 9th we organised a “museum swap” with the Botanic Garden in Meise. We visited each other to discover the showpieces that are selected for 100 Masters.
Our Institute has welcomed a new dinosaur: a Plateosaurus. It measures about 6.5 metres in length and has lived 210 million years ago. Plateosaurus is one of the first great dinosaurs and one of the very first “long necks”.
Our Gallery of Humankind became second in the ‘international’ category in this year’s Museums + Heritage Awards for Excellence.
