Our Institute has welcomed a new dinosaur: a Plateosaurus. It measures about 6.5 metres in length and has lived 210 million years ago. Plateosaurus is one of the first great dinosaurs and one of the very first “long necks”.
Our Gallery of Humankind became second in the ‘international’ category in this year’s Museums + Heritage Awards for Excellence.
From 18 May till 27 August, the Brussels museums are highlighting the masters of their permanent collections.
