Our colleague and biologist Henri Robert will go from Brussels to Paris by canoe to the U.N. climate summit (COP21). Coming from all corners of the world, thousands and thousands of participants want to raise their voices for a binding, universal and ambitious agreement.
Our ways of life and of consumption have an enormous impact on biodiversity all over the planet. The Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences therefore challenges everyone to come up with original ideas to protect biodiversity.
On the 26th of November our Institute will host ‘Biodiversity and Development, a Global Heritage’. This information exchanging event is about biodiversity and its contribution to sustainable development and the fight against poverty in economically developing countries.
