MONKEYS - Lecture 09.01.2018 – Tetsuro Matsuzawa

During this fourth nocturne (on 09.01.2018), Tetsuro Matsuzawa will give a lecture entitled Imagination: The evolution of human mind viewed from the study of chimpanzees.

MONKEYS - Lecture 06.12.2017 - Jane Goodall

Our temporary exhibition MONKEYS comes with 11 nocturnes! 

On December 6th 2017 the famous primatologist Jane Goodall will give a lecture in Tour & Taxis, entiteled Five Reasons For Hope.

In July 1960, Jane Goodall began her landmark study of chimpanzee behavior in what is now Tanzania. Her work at Gombe Stream would become the foundation of future primatological research and redefine the relationship between humans and animals.
