Geological Survey of Belgium
Created in 1896, and part of the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences since 2002, the Geological Survey of Belgium is a research based Belgian knowledge Centre on Geosciences, providing impartial and independent geoscientific expertise.
By facilitating knowledge creation on the subsurface and by our proven abilities in geological research, mapping and monitoring activities, we reveal the value of the subsurface and create innovative sustainable comprehensive geoscience-based solutions for the benefit of society.
